For the background two pieces of tornwashi paperwere used. The base piece for this layer is in greys to simulate a winter landscape. The upper piece of torn washi is in colors and print evocative of a winter sky, and the lower piece overlapping the upper piece, representing the sea. The layers and torn edges separate land from sea and sky. Five Snowy Egretsare stamped and embossed in white and then colored in with a white Glaze pen. This is then layered on complimentary layers of paper to complete the card.
Looks cold doesn't it?

This blog is to show samples of items made using About Art Accents, Art Neko and Taylored Stamps unmounted rubber stamps. As you can see from the May 7th posting, we are in the process of transferring ownership of Art Neko to About Art Accents. Due to the size of offerings being added it will take quite a bit of time to synchronize the two companies onto one website but when that task is completed we will resume adding content to this blog.
I have found that the slide shows behave differently depending on operating systems and browser settings that vary from computer to computer. If a slideshow is not showing in the right orientation or if the samples are not centered above their text, please refresh your page. You can view theany of the slideshows directly by clicking on the View All link at the bottom left of the slidesow frame.
If you have samples using Art Neko, Taylored Stamps or About Art Accent images you would like to add to the slide shows, email a digital copy or send your sample to us--Contact Information.
